The association "Voir c'est Toucher" was established to support the artists Sara.H and DeLaPerouze in the creation and development of sculpture parks linked to visual impairment. The work of the committee members is voluntary.

Its purpose is the creation and outdoor installation of various series of bronze sculptures, illustrating fairy tales, stories and specific themes. The sculptures must have the particularity of being able to be touched by visitors and commented on with texts in conventional characters and Braille.

The association is responsible for raising the funds necessary to realize each park. It also undertakes the administration of projects and the promotion of the artworks.

The association is officially recognized as being of public benefit and is exempt from taxes.
